For ten years, NH Gives - an initiative of the NH Center for Nonprofits - has been New Hampshire's statewide celebration of giving. In just 24 hours each year, thousands of donors come together to support local nonprofits, raising millions of dollars that strengthen communities across the state. Every donation matters, and together, donors have helped nonprofits grow programs and make a lasting impact.

This year, the Discovery Center has set a goal of $30,000 that will fund the installation and curriculum building of the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center Solar System Trail. We are so excited to bring a proportionally accurate, engaging, and accessible walking-trail to our community! The trail will feature informative and interpretive signs and an optional audio guide available digitally. The Solar System Trail is a walkable model of The Solar System that embraces both the beauty of our local New England nature and the wonder and excitement of space!
