Raffle Rules, Terms, and Conditions:

Raffle Tickets: All raffle tickets sales are final, and not eligible for refunds. Raffle tickets must be purchased by an adult 18 years older. Raffle tickets are on sale exclusively online, and not at the Discovery Center.

Winner Drawing: Tickets for the raffle will be on sale from October 21, 2026, until January 3, 2027. The winners of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize will be selected on January 4, 2027.

Delivery Only: The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center will provide free delivery of all raffle items to the winner’s designated location within 75-miles of Concord, NH. The 2nd and 3rd place winners will also have the option to pick up their prizes at the Discovery Center or have them mailed.

Assembly Required: All items (including the bed, desk, bookshelf, bench, and nightstands) are delivered in their original manufacturer packaging and will require assembly by the winner. The McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center is not responsible for, and will not provide, assembly services.

Liability & Repairs: All items are awarded "as-is." However, every item is new and will delivered in the original packing material from the company where it was purchased. The Discovery Center assumes no responsibility or liability for product defects, missing parts, assembly errors, or any damages or injuries that may occur during or after assembly. Any future repairs, warranties, or part replacements must be handled directly with the product manufacturer.

Manufacturer Receipts: Raffle winner will receive copies of the receipts and order numbers from all raffle products so in the event the raffle winner needs to contact product companies they may do so.
