Featured Woman in STEM: Sarah Fleischman

Sarah Fleischman is one of the Discovery Center’s 2020 Summer STEM interns. She and her fellow intern, Maria, are responsible for leading our Virtual STEM Summer Camps this June, July, and August.

Sarah is a sophomore at Cornell University, where she plans to major in Computer Science. She grew up in Concord, and looks forward to engaging New Hampshire students through STEM education. She tells us that her goal “is to engage with students and inspire them to become engineers—and I’m super excited to be working at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center this summer!”

Watch the video interview below to learn more about Sarah’s STEM journey!
