Welcome to the Northeast Delta Dental Science Store at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. Proceeds from sales support the educational mission of the Discovery Center. Museum admission is not required to visit the store!
With support from our wonderful friends and neighbors at Northeast Delta Dental, 6,487 community members were able to visit the Discovery Center free of charge on opening weekend. Delta Dental's continued generosity has allowed us to keep our prices affordable and to offer new shows, exhibits and programs for NH families and visitors to the Granite State.

Closed Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day

Mars Mud
Curiosity works tirelessly exploring and finding amazing new discoveries
on Mars. Here on Earth kids are learning about these discoveries and imagining what life would be like living on Mars. Are there lakes of bubbly, ooey, gooey, putty called Mars Mud? Has this putty been brought back to earth and packaged so that they can play with a putty that is sticky, icky and well...just plain fun? This is the power of imagination. If we didn't have imagination we wouldn't have Curiosity and kids wouldn't have Mars Mud!
